On Friday 3 April, 17:00-18:45, there is an experience for remembering Jesus’ sacrifice for us, in our main church building, 50 Caine Road. Please register through this form: hkbc.org/f3735 (Deadline: March 15).
Instructions for this in-person experience will be in English. English Ministry will not have a Good Friday Service and there is no livestream available. More information will be sent to you after registration.
By God’s grace the English Ministry of HK Baptist Church will celebrate her 10th Anniversary this year April! In order to involve our congregation in HK and overseas, we started an Instagram account: hkbcem. Starting from today, every 10 days we will have an official video, featuring different brothers and sisters involved in our ministry. All of this will lead up to the day of celebration and thanksgiving for the 10th Anniversary of EM. We hope we will gather up 10.000 reasons to be thankful for, when we remember God’s guidance and goodness to our congregation!
Starting next Sunday 30 March, we will have Chapel open for everyone who wants to spend time reading the Bible. This is to encourage and facilitate those who are joining the Bible Reading Plan by providing a quiet place, coffee and companions in immersing in God’s Word.
Chapel becomes the place to be with God’s Word from 11:45 onwards!

Starting today the Adult Sunday School will use room 502.
We are also starting a new course to help have an overview of the Bible.
All are welcome to join, 11:45 in room 502!
On Friday afternoon 13:30-15:00 we will start a new Bible Study Group Come & See, open for all who are interested to study God’s Word together. We will start this Friday 1 December with the Gospel of John. This group will meet every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, in room 502 HoG.
From today onwards we will sometimes have a guide dog in our midst. Please be mindful of this and if you have any concerns, do let our ministers know.
Next Sunday 12 March we will resume passing the offering bags in the worship service. This is not about what we give financially. In this part of the liturgy, we want to express our attitude of offering to God what He has given to us, and allow room for bringing the offering physically. Please do not feel obliged to put money in, just because of the passing bag. Let our worshipful heart regulates our hands.
